Complementary consultation of 20 minutes that assess clients situation and determine the course of action moving forward. A consultation will consist of a zoom, skype, or other video conferencing, chat, or a phone call in most cases. I will listen to the customer’s problem We will discuss different possible approaches to solve the customer’s problem Determine best approach to solve the problem Schedule a best time to implement the solution The expectation of what services will be provided will be discussed so it is clear to both parties The terms of service or pricing will be discussed and determined
